The Harvard Community Services Center is working towards establishing a Business Improvement District on Lee Road from Invermere to Deforest.   A  Business Improvement District is a mechanism allowing property owners to contribute a set amount on a yearly schedule  using a formula  based on the front frontage of their property   for the purposes  of improving the  safety, appearance and character of the area.  For more information call 216-991-8585.
